This notice informs the community that Urbana SD 116 intends to apply for the 21st CCLC Grants to support after school and summer programs. This notice is not a guarantee that an award will be received; it is only the intent to apply. Buildings supported through the applications include Urbana Middle School, Urbana Sixth Grade Center, Dr. ML King Jr Elementary, Leal Elementary and Yankee Ridge Multilingual Elementary. USD 116 is excited to partner with the Urbana Park District. Programming will provide support to students academically, social emotionally, and enrichment activities that support the work in the buildings do on a daily basis. Through the work completed with family and community strategic planning work, a College and Career focus will be at the core of these programs.
