Applications for Spanish and French Dual Language Program for 2026-27
If you are interested in the Dual Language Program for the 2026-27 school year, please join us for an upcoming tour and informational session.
School Tours: Join us for a guided tour of Yankee Ridge Multilingual School and see the kindergarten classrooms. Both the Spanish and French Dual Language Program are housed at Yankee Ridge Multilingual School.
- Wednesday, March 25 from 1-2 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 31 from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Spanish Dual Language Informational Meeting
- Tuesday, March 31 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Yankee Ridge Multilingual School.
French Dual Language Program Informational Meeting
- Tuesday, March 24 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Yankee Ridge Multilingual School
What to expect at the informational meetings:
- Information about the dual language program model and enrollment procedures
- Information about dual language program research and student achievement
- Testimonials from people currently involved in the dual language programs, including current parents and teachers
- Enrollment applications will be available
You must submit your application for the Dual Language Program by April 17, 2026.
To be included in the application lottery Urbana School District 116 must also receive your kindergarten registration information by April 17, 2026.
