On the Boneyard with Jack Paxton

Urbana, IL

UMS WaterWorks students had a special visit from Jack Paxton from the University of Illinois. Jack talked to the students about the history of the Boneyard Creek and about public action and his involvement in the reporting and cleanup of seepage from the UCSD treatment plant into the Salt Fork River. The students listened to Jack's presentation about the history of the Boneyard and then had the opportunity to interview Jack as a part of a newscast project they were working on.
