Seventh Grade Curriculum

Seventh gradeers continue the hands on approach by using the skills of observation, prediction, classification, interpretation, anaysis and evaluation. In life sceince, students study living matter, classification, simple and complex life forms, plants and plant processes. Plate tectonics, crustal warping, and changes to the earth's surface are examined in earth science. Electricity and magnetism are the main areas of study in Physical Science. The primary textbook used is the Glencoe McGraw Hill edition of Science Interactions Course 1
