The Unknowns-you can't beat the Aliens

I am Joleen Su, one of the Unknowns, and we are trying to build a museum where the different rooms (or gallerys) are different types of "worlds." We are now building the main hallway of the museum which will lead you to all the doors, which lead to worlds that are: the Purple World, the Forest world, the Ocean World, and the Maze World. We are hoping to build all of these in our remaining three days.

What went well while we were doing this was that we could actually size up all our doors, hallways, and etc. up to its real size. We could get everything into the right porportion so it could actually seem like a real place.

Some problems that I encountered while we were building our world was the little blue triangle. It kept getting in my way so I couldn't see what I was doing, so I basically MESSED EVERYTHING UP!!!!!! Somehow I made my door different sizes after I duplicated it. So I had to take the long way and make every door by hand--I wish I could have done it another way so I could have more time working on a different world.

I hope to accomplish many things. For one thing, I hope to actually be able to master the controls without problems. If I master that I would have mastered everthing. Once I mastered the controls, I just hope to finish the "museum" with my partner Clair McTaggart. I encourage any girl to do this, this is fun and a good eduactional experience!

I am Clair McTaggart one of the "Unknowns". I am working with Joleen Su. We are working on building a museum with lots of doors. These doors then will lead into other worlds.

Our worlds that we have thought up already are:
The Purple world- This word will be filled with variations of purple shades and with lots of buildings and unusual shapes.
Forest world- This world will have trees and lots of plants filling the screen.
Ocean world- This world will be under the water were there will be fishes, seaweed and bubbles on a blue background.
Maze world (maybe)- If time allows we will make a fun interesting maze that is eye catching.

(We will let you know of changes in our plan to make the worlds change)

Some good things about the cave are that the Duplicating and the spotlight option comes very much handy. The joystick really helps you get around and is easy to use as well as many other things. It is a neat cool machine to work with.

Some problems that happened in the Cave were that the wand was hard to use but we will get used to the wand in no time. Plus little things could be added in the cave to make it more "person friendly". It is a very great machine to be able to work with. Some suggestions that could be useful is if there was an option in the cave that we could use a draw tool instead of always having a line tool.

Thank you for letting us work in the cave. We are learning a lot from the cave it is a very educational experience.

The Unknowns-you can't beat the Aliens

I am Joleen Su, one of the Unknowns, and we are trying to build a museum where the different rooms (or gallerys) are different types of "worlds." We just bulit the first world, the Forest world. We also plan to build one more world, since we don't have time to do anything else.
Some problems that I encountered while we were building our world was time. We had hoped to build at least 3-5 worlds, but now we barely have enough time to build 2 worlds. Also, I have trouble with porportions. Right now the museum ins about half my size, maybe big enough for a dwarf.
My partner and I are splitting the two world between ourselves. I hope to finsish the one I am working now and I hope that I can alter the porportions of the doors, walls, etc. to the right size (which will take a long time). Now that I understand how to use the CAVE I am having a lot of fun!

Update: Clair McTaggart

The only thing that I think should be added is either a draw line or option keys that lets you instantly have a shape like a circle, square, rectangle and a triangle.
Thank you for letting us use the cave ...So much.
