Our Mission

The mission of the UMS Library is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information as specified in standards set by the American Library Association, the Illinois Learning Standards for Language Arts, and the NCLB Act. The UMS Library practices policies and procedures that enable the library to function for the benefit of all its patrons.
