German II - Eighth Grade

Prerequisite: German I. In eighth grade, students learn to converse and write about such topics as foods, household chores, going out with friends, weather, asking for and giving directions, music, movies, holidays and celebrations. Grammar concepts include the modal verbs, accusative pronouns, command forms, past tense, dependent clauses, verbs with stem vowel changes and dative case. Culture pertaining to the forementioned topics is discussed.
