Harmony
Week
Student Senate hosts as annual event called Harmony Week.
For one week out of every school year Senate attempts to unify
the student body through various activities. This year, activities
included discussion groups over controversial topics, group
skits, passing out green ribbons for student and faculty to
wear, playing songs in the hallways during passing period
and reading inspirational quotes over the announcements.

Group skits |
Kimberly Glow, who is in charge of the new Health Clinic,
spoke to the students about teen sex and STD's. Harvey Welch,
a local lawyer, spoke about teen rights and Danielle McFarland,
a LGBT (Lesbian-Gay-Bisexual-Transexual) spokesperson and
Planned Parenthood representative, also spoke to the students.
