Amendment to Sex Offender Registration Act Requires School Districts to Notify Parents of Availability of Information

Passed by the State of Illinois General Assembly - 94th Session
This public law amends the Sex Offender Registration Act and requires school districts to notify the parents of children attending the school during school registration or during parent-teacher conferences that information about sex offenders is available to the public as provided for in the Act. Aprobado en la Asamblea General del Estado de Illinois - Sesion 94
Esta ley publica modifica el Acto de Registro para Delincuentes Sexuales y requiere que los distritos escolares notifiquen a los padres de estudiantes durante el registro o durante las conferencias de Padres y Maestros que existe informacion disponible al publico sobre delincuentes sexuales segun se indica en el Acto de Registro.
