Sub A and Sub B of 12-4, Clause 1 uses a deadly weapon – Aggravated Battery
ii. Those offenses defined in the Cannabis Control Act except: Section 4, Subsections (a) and (b) – Section 5, Subsection (a)
iii. Those offenses defined to Illinois Controlled Substances Act
iv. Any offense committed or attempted in this state or any other state or against the laws of the United States, which if committed or attempted in this state would be punishable as one or more of the foregoing offenses

In addition to the above convictions, which will automatically exclude from employment, the Human Resources Department may exclude a person from employment for other convictions such as theft and others.
