NEW! STARTING AN HERB GARDEN - Even if you don’t
have a green thumb, you can grow herbs!
Herbs are among the easiest plants to grow. You don’t need a lot of space and many herbs
can be grown both indoors and outdoors.
Herbs have a multitude of uses which may include seasoning your foods,
making a delightful tea, creating a lingering fragrance in your home or outside
garden, supplying food for beautiful butterflies, supplying materials for
crafts and much more. Gardening is also
one of the best therapeutic activities for relaxation. In this class, we will learn how to prepare
the soil for your plants; as well as how to plant, maintain and harvest your
herbs. Class begins Jan. 27. Instructor: Jean Hovde.
