INTRODUCTION
TO JUGGLING - Come learn to juggle and impress your friends and
family. Students will learn two basic
juggling patterns, Cascade and Shower, and add basic tricks to either
pattern. By the end of the class you
should be able to juggle using either pattern and build your own routines. Class begins Feb. 5. Instructor: Henry Radcliffe.

GENTLE INTRODUCTION TO YOGA - In this class you will learn
some of the basic yoga postures (asanas). Practicing these will increase your strength,
flexibility, and overall sense of well-being.
The class will be taught by a long-time yoga practitioner and student

PILATES - Entirely floor work, emphasizing building
core/abdominal, pelvic, and back strength.
A wide variety of controlled movements refine abdominal muscle
isolations. Detailed instruction of
proper form for maximum results and optimum safety. Provides modified options for a variety of
challenge levels to accommodate individual ability and comfort. Isolates abdominal and breath techniques that
can be applied to and enhance all forms of fitness pursuits. Improves strength and stamina, postural
alignment, balance, concentration, flexibility, and reduces stress. Conditions all major muscle groups. Get a great workout and walk away
