A SIX-PACK OF FAST FOODS - Fast Food prepared at home?  From Scratch?  Tasty?  Certainly!  Cookbook author Shirley Splittstoesser will demonstrate.  She cooks – you eat, learn shortcuts and take home the recipes.  Recipes and their cooking times are French Toast Blintz – 4 min; Easy Cheesy Quesadilla – 1 min; Sweet Potato – 4 min; Chicken in the Microwave – 5 min; Chilled Fruit Drink Revitalizer – 2 min; and Blueberry Cobbler – 2 min. 45 sec.  An optional cookbook will be available for $20.  Class meets Apr. 12.
