STARTING YOUR OWN SMALL BUSINESS - This can be a creative option for the person who has a marketable service, product or idea. Instructor Debra Karplus has founded and operated numerous local businesses since 1974 and writes a weekly financial column for the nationally known Young Money. In this two-part seminar she will lead a discussion in advantages and disadvantages, logistics, marketing and legal aspects of opening your own small business.
