Introduction to Computers, Keyboarding, Microsoft Office 2007 Suite, Windows XP files and folders, Photo Editing/Photoshop, Word Processing, and General Office Skills.
Who can enroll?
Anyone 17 years or older who is not enrolled
in a regular school program in Urbana, Champaign, or in neighboring
communities.
Our Adult Performance Level (APL) diploma
program is open to those 18 and older.
Students at 17 are eligible for our
Storefront School or the GED preparation
classes. (www.gedprepinfo.com can help with GED
preparation and questions.)
How
can I enroll?
We enroll by appointment. Please call our office at 384-3530, or stop by at 211 North Race Street in downtown Urbana, to make an appointment to enroll.
When should I begin?
You may begin at any time and continue until you have reached your educational goals.
How should I schedule my classes?
Your schedule is organized according to your individual needs.
How much does it cost?
Basic Education classes are FREE!
Where can I get a ride?
We are located within two blocks of the downtown Urbana bus stop which is served by the Yellow, Green, Orange, Grey, and Orchard Downs bus lines
